Trading levels are not exact price lines; rather, they are zones of interest. When we talk about ranges, these are zones where the price has shown a reaction. So, I don’t know the exact price of this level right now; it could be at any price. To rely on the idea that the price bounced off a specific level a week ago, for example, at $0.1109, and expect that the same price will work now seems a bit strange to me. For example, in the $DOGE trade, I drew a large gray box representing the zone of the upper boundary of the range, and how the price is testing it is what I consider a retest.
